Alexey graduated with Honours from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Research Associate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
Alexey specializes in Corporate Law, Natural Resources and Environment Law. He has extensive legal experience, including more than five years experience in international legal consulting. Also Alexey actively engages in research activities, participates in scientific conferences and has several scientific publications.
Over the years Alexey successfully conducted numerous trials in the Russian Arbitration Courts and Courts of General Jurisdiction, advised of business companies about questions of Civil and Corporate Law. Also Alexey has a rich experience for a legal support of Start-Ups, drew up business contracts and agreements for companies in the field of franchising, leasing, dealer and distributor activities.

Sergey graduated with Honours from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MGU), specialization in business law.
Also Sergey studied at the Faculty of Law of the University Regensburg (Germany), studied at the Faculty of Law at the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen (Germany). He is a graduate of the School of German Law (DSG) by University of Regensburg.
Member of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
Sergey is an author of more than 20 scientific publications on the energy, banking, information and business law in the leading federal scientific and practical journals. He has participated in numerous scientific conferences. Executive secretary of the Journal "Energy Law". He has extensive experience in the legal consulting (including international), legal support of various projects and representation of interests.

Kirill graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MGU), where specialized in civil and arbitration proceedings).
Kirill specializes in dispute resolution in the courts of general and arbitration jurisdiction. He has a legal experience in international consulting. On the basis of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of Russia Kirill is actively engaged in research activities in the field of civil proceedings.
